Q: How often do I need to workout to see results?

A: That really depends on your individual fitness goals, your level of commitment, and how quickly you're looking to achieve your results...
 
If you're ready to make a serious commitment to workout at least 3x per week and improve your diet, you will likely see some weight loss within the first two to four weeks of training...you'll first notice your clothes starting to fit better and you'll likely have more energy to boot!  After approximately 1 month of sessions, you'll start to see a significant difference in muscle tone and your metabolism will improve as you continue to burn fat and build muscle, resulting in a longer, leaner physique. 

Losing approximately 2 lbs per week is a realistic weight loss goal....so, if you're looking to shed 20lbs, you should budget at least 2 1/2 months.
